Come on a journey of movement and sound to dive deep into the moment. Let that dive ripple out into every other experience, every life you touch, every person you meet. 

Let's move and connect.

This will be a taster of the full-day dive to follow. Gentle guided warm-ups will lead into an interactive jam where musicians can move in and out of music and dance. Everyone is welcome to sing and vocalise, draw or write. Facilitation and music will be provided by Georgia Shine and musical guests. Everything is optional. Come exactly as you are and be ready for a new experience!

$20 Prepaid, $30 cash at the door
