About the Event
I invite you to come and play with the instrument of your whole self. We will tune, warm up, create, express, discover, integrate and warm down to return to the world invigorated, inspired, refreshed and expanded.
2019 has been a big year! This summer solstice weekend will be the perfect opportunity to cleanse and refresh your body and soul with movement and connection. We will have time and space to take stock, reflect, move with and let go of what we don't want to bring with us into the next decade, as well as dream and discover what we want to bring with us into 2020.
I am an improviser, dancer, artist and cellist. It is my passion to create safe playgrounds for adults to explore their creativity and expression in. To discover depth and wonder, bridging art and life to learn and unlearn. This workshop will feature surprise musical guests, to be announced over the coming weeks.
We will break for a pot-luck lunch, so please bring something to share with the group as a communal offering. There are also places nearby if you would prefer to get lunch elsewhere.
Everything on offer is for you to participate in a way that meets your own specific needs and the needs of the group container. Please be respectful of your self and others in your decisions around your level of participation. At the core of this workshop is honesty and authenticity, and I care about honouring and serving these values to the best of my ability. The day will be shaped by each person’s commitment to the group process and themselves as an integral part of that masterpiece.
